These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to TasteIQ — swipe discovery, Design DNA, Dream Home, moodboards, visual search, consultant tools, and related TatvaOps services. They are adapted from the TatvaOps Vantage Terms of Service for TasteIQ.
By using TasteIQ you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Information you provide during registration or profile setup must be accurate and kept updated.
2. The TasteIQ service
TasteIQ helps users explore residential design taste and project planning. Features may change, expand, or be discontinued. Beta or AI features may be less reliable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any recommendation will remain accurate.
3. Accounts and authentication
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for securing OTP codes.
- Do not impersonate others or create accounts to evade bans or rate limits.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose abuse risk.
4. User content and license
You retain ownership of content you submit (profile text, moodboards, uploaded photos). By uploading, you grant TatvaOps a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process that content to operate TasteIQ (including taste modeling and recommendations). You represent that you have the rights to upload the content and that it does not infringe others' rights.
5. Community and acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload malware, illegal content, or others' private data without consent.
- Scrape or automate access beyond reasonable use.
- Circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls.
- Misrepresent credentials, project approvals, or budget claims.
6. AI and informational content
Design DNA narratives, consultant replies, vision tags, and similar outputs are general information — not professional engineering, architectural, legal, or financial advice. Always verify critical decisions with qualified professionals.
7. Intellectual property
TasteIQ and TatvaOps names, logos, software, and curated catalog assets (excluding your user content) are owned by TatvaOps or its licensors.
8. Disclaimer and liability
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TATVAOPS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF TASTEIQ. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS (IF ANY) OR INR 5,000, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER LAW.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
